Linea d’intervento 1.2.a.1 – DGR n. 991/2020 – Pratica n. 13/2020 Progetto: INNOVAZIONE GESTIONE SCORTE Sede di realizzazione: San Quirino (PN) Finanziamento: 42.182,04 € Spesa ammessa a contributo: 168.728,15 € DESCRIZIONE Per essere un’azienda competitiva e moderna con i suoi prodotti ed organizzazione c’è la necessità di implementare una serie di soluzioni che aumentino il controllo e l’efficienza del proprio ambiente produttivo. OBIETTIVO L’obiettivo è la riduzione del leadtime di servizio al cliente, ottimizzando al contempo l’uso delle risorse umane e scorte dei materiali. Gli ambiti identificati per le finalità dell’intervento sono vari: Lean Production Si richiede un miglioramento della gestione delle scorte dei materiali che causano un impatto negativo in produzione e creando inefficienza nei cicli produttivi. Sistemi Informativi E’ necessario implementare un pacchetto di gestione delle scorte e pianificazione della produzione nell’ERP aziendale. Gestione dell’Inventario e della Logistica aziendale utilizzando anche gli strumenti indicati nei punti precedenti elencati. RISULTATI L’adozione di un software per la pianificazione della produzione realizzerà il controllo degli stock intermedi e l’ottimizzare la gestione delle scorte. L’ampliamento delle attrezzature per il robot asservitore dell’officina ha lo scopo di efficientare la produzione di codici a stock e migliorare la gestione della produzione in officina.
