In 1983, more precisely on 10 July 1983, a group of friends, sharing the same great passion for the world of flags, felt the need to create something new, different, which could enrich those moments of meeting and sharing , filled with those emotions that for years have driven them to hand down the particular and difficult art of the flag. Thus Mario, Costantino, Luigi, Giovanni, Felice, Enrico, Giovanni, Achille, Vittorio, Mario and Arnolfo leave their homes scattered throughout Italy and reach Cerreto Laghi, a fraction of the Municipality of Ventasso (RE); here at 1,300m above sea level, surrounded by nature, between lakes, woods and the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine National Park, the Italian League of Flag-wavers was born at the Hotel Sport (now the Park Hotel). These Gentlemen, with their intuition, have conditioned the destiny of each of us, for better or for worse, they have governed us so much.. friendships, loves, fervent victories and burning defeats, evenings at the bar, important meetings and sleepless nights.. unique and unrepeatable emotions .. like any good story after all! Many women and men, young and old, have passed through them, thanks to them we have been able to travel around Italy making more than 300 appointments between Events and Meetings, sharing the same passion that distinguishes us and unites us. over 1,500 members, coming from most of Italy.
